When it comes to practicing safety within the rural electric community, we at Federated know it takes the combined efforts of everyone involved to make it work.
A safe workplace helps you and your employees avoid injury – it can also help you avoid the cost of reduced productivity and increased premiums. With that in mind, Federated has launched a “BeSafe” campaign that allows member systems to increase safety awareness and motivate employees by using their image on safety posters and materials throughout the system. What an exciting way to get your entire team involved!
